Hi! I am so excited you are here! 

I'm Courtney {Concierge Courtney}. I've been organized and bossy since birth. Just ask my mom. Or better yet, my brothers.

I love to pull things together, make things work better for you, me and everyone in between. I've spent my career helping: booking travel, making sure things are in the right space, running errands, you name it...I've done it. One time, I even got a hold of a private jet mid air to turn around to go pick up a VIP passenger. I'd consider myself pretttty resourceful. 

I'm a dance, hockey, football and lacrosse mom to Amelia & Max. Married to my main squeeze Ryan for 19 beautiful years. Professional ear scratcher to the cutest dog ever, Poppy. I'm a die hard Minnesota sports fan and have seen the Backstreet Boys in concert 17 times. 

That's me in a nut shell! I have a very fun, can-do attitude. A true *jackie* of all trades, if you will.
